bye

i went back to xanga even though blogger is way cooler. I get no readership here besides 1 or 2 people.

Later.

Just kickin' it

So last night I had dinner with Nory and Shirley at the South Street Seaport. It was a nice night that included a nice breeze and people walking about at seaport. After eating at Heartland Brewery (I had the raspberry cider beer), Nory and I walked to Battery Park to check out the boats, the water, and the NJ skyline. Battery Park and World Financial Center is beautiful at night. If I had to live in NYC, these would be my top 3 choices:

1) Battery Park
2) Tribeca
3) Riverside Park (Columbia Area)

I prefer to live by the water because there is something soothing and calm about watching the waves. Anyway, Nory and I just kicked it and talked. Its sad to see him go, but I know he had to make a change to fulfill his path to being a doctor. It was cool that he opened up to his struggles and the stuff he is going through now and how he was cool to listen to what I had to say. On Carol's xanga, she wrote about different types of friends: acquaintances, hang-out friends, good friends, and true friends. It just made me think and agree that you only find a few true friends in your lifetime. Maybe thats why its precious because you can only find a few in the sea of people.
